Individual Bookings:

For appointment bookings, please reach out to us via phone or email with inquiries. Kindly be aware that we cannot accept same-day appointments due to travel time and the required preparation for each client.

Corporate and Spa Parties will be managed by our on-site event planner.

In-Home Appts: 

TMNL technicians require a designated space away from small children and pets, along with access to a bathroom and electrical outlets, to deliver the highest quality relaxing service in the comfort of your home.

Please note that TMNL nail technicians are not permitted to enter bedrooms or basement areas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Travel Fees:

TMNL accepts all major credit cards, cash app, and cash.

However, we regret to inform you that we do accept checks as payment.

Is there a travel fee for your services?Yes! The travel fee depends on where you're located. Just a heads up, it's non-refundable and not up for negotiation.

Children Policy:

Children are permitted in the van only when they are receiving service or having a party. Thank you for your cooperation.

FAQs

Appointment Cancellations: 

Kindly ensure that you cancel any scheduled mobile services at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Parking:

Each client is responsible for securing a suitable parking space for TMNL van.

Severe Weather: 

 The safety of our clients is TMNL's top priority, and we will reschedule all appointments during winter weather conditions as needed.

Holidays our services will be unavailable the day before and after all major holidays.
